Forms Pro License for Non-Profit

The Forms Pro subscription licenses your website for unlimited forms, submissions,  and all supported add-ons (that site can handle). The license is renewed annually. Pro integrations include Polls, Partial Entries, Signatures, CRMs, Mail Platforms, Payment Processors, Zapier, etc. This license is for US 501c3 Not for Profits, other business entities should utilize the standard Forms Pro License.
